Privacy
D&D Helper is a small, private, non-commercial site for people who own the 2024 Player's Handbook.
What's stored
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture. Nothing else from your Google account.
- What you create here: your characters (and any pictures you upload for them), their change history, notes, and your conversations with the assistant.
Who can see it
- Your characters, notes and conversations are private to your account, enforced by the database itself. The site's admin approves accounts but can't see what's in them.
- When you ask the assistant something, your question, the character it's helping with and relevant rules text are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the answer.
- Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or tracked. The site sets only a sign-in cookie.
Deleting your data
Use Delete account in the account menu (top right) to permanently delete your account and everything in it. For questions, contact the site's owner at the support address shown on Google's sign-in screen.
